Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Director
Location: Trois-Rivières region (with possible travel)

🎯 Your main missions

• Coordinate the development and implementation of an HSE strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Supervise and direct health, safety, and environmental activities: planning, organization, and evaluation.

• Lead, mobilize, and develop the HSE team.

• Implement and maintain robust HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

• Assess risks, recommend, and implement preventive measures.

• Design and implement training and awareness-raising activities for all staff and managers.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners and ensure compliance with laws and standards in Quebec and Ontario.

• Manage audits, inspections, and investigations, and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve the HSE program. Excelpro

✅ Desired profile

• University degree in health and safety, environment, risk management, or a related field.

• Significant experience (8-10 years) in HSE in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proven experience in team management and project management.

• Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing sector, ability to travel between different sites.

• Bilingual French/English (spoken and written).

• Mobilizing leadership, strategic vision, strong prevention focus, organizational skills, and rigor.

• Comfortable under pressure and capable of leading complex initiatives.
